Emergency:

In the event of an emergency during normal business hours, please call right away! Please be aware that we have our scheduled appointments, but we will do our best to accommodate our regular clients.

Remain calm
Call in. If we are not available, call the emergency hospital's number listed below.
Tell us the nature of the problem. There may be some suggestions we can give you to keep you and your pet safe while traveling to the hospital.
Be careful! Injured animals will bite and scratch in a response to fear and pain.

There will be cases that you may be directed to a 24 hour emergency hospital. If the situation appears to be life threatening and/or requires diagnostics or treatment protocols beyond our facility or expertise, or if your pet requires 24 hour supervision you will be referred to the closest 24 hour emergency hospital to be sure your pet gets the best care possible.

ACCES (Animal Critical Care and Emergency Services) in Renton (across the street from IKEA)

This Facility will provide 24 hour care, 365 days a year. It is designed to treat for emergency situations only. We are excited about this new addition to our area that is so convenient for our clients and staffed by emergency professionals.
